The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) issued into circulation, a currency note on 2009 November 17th to commemorate the Victory over the LTTE insurgency. It is dated 2009-05-20, which is two days after the war ended.

Regular Issue K is the Number of regular Notes printed in Thousands

Assuming a 0.3% damage rate that is similar to pre 2017 DeLaRue production, one would expect less than about 75,000 notes X/1 Replacement Notes for the 25 million Rs1000 notes dated 2009-05-20

On My RTI (Request To Information) on this older Series CBSL replied
Information on issues after 1987.01.01 or 1996.02.01 are not available with both the CBSL and the printer.
