Rice Ration Card
This Ceylon Rice Ration Book must be older than the 1956 Sinhala only
Act as later years had no English Text as seen in the 1958 Rice coupon
book. It could probably be from 1951 based on the fact that Rs130M
was used for the Food subsidy.
Text in English Sinhala and Tamil which needs to be typed.
The Front Cover which would have had the identification of owner is missing.
