Below transliterated English text SAMBUDDHA JAYANTHI BANK divided left and right.
Buddhist Era (BE) Year 2506 in upper two corners.
A small Makara facing inwards on the lower left corner.
On left the shape of Ceylon Armorial Ensign as on currency note of
that era, with lion replaced with an image of Late S. W. R. D. Bandaranaike
former Prime Minister of Sri Lanka who was assassinated on 1959
September 26th. Also the Left Palm political hand symbol of
Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP).
The Tamil இலங்கை
and English CEYLON have also been erased from the Armorial Ensign.
At center the "Tooth Relic of the Buddha on a lotus. Blue print of
geometric floral designs with red overprint excluding second quarter
of left.

BE 2506 year is 1962/63 CE
The design of Bill has been finely drawn by hand with the layout and
layout of Front of Blue Rs 50 note to size of the Red Rs 5 note which
had been in circulation since 1954. Printed by two color 100 dpi
block printing.
Fantasy bill has been scanned at 300 dpi and displayed at 75 dpi
The fantasy bill was listed on eBay Auction from USA on 2018 April 11th,
which was stopped when I informed seller, identifying it as a Fantasy.
