Name of essayer not given on front but these with Dummy Signatures in English can be associated with Thomas De La Rue & C^o Ltd as the Kandyan dancer head was used by a retired Thomas de la Rue engraver in a fantasy and the note above, with the Isurumuniya Lovers paired with the Independence Hall on back.
