Patterns with date 20th January 1951 of the unissued denominations of the ame date. Has the legality statement with the words Legal Tender used on Ceylon Banknotes since 1941 September. These essays were probably final Essay before issue of Central Bank of Ceylon Rs 1 and Rs 10 Banknotes with date 1951 January 20th. The issue of these Denominations was stopped with the death of King George VI on 1952 February 6th.

The backs of all the Denominations as used by Bradbury Wilkinson for all the notes used in 1952.
The Amusing Indian Triple Lion Logo on the Rs 50 front left bottom Corner in previous two series of essays has been replaced with a Makara.

The notes at xx and xx dpi and displayed at about 50 dpi if assuming height of 1952 notes of these denominations.
