The notes dated 1989-02-21 had 2 orders. The First for all the Denominations except Rs 100
and had a thin Signature for Karunatilake, and the Second for Denominations Rs 10, Rs 50 and Rs 100.
with a normal Signature with a dot after. The Rs 10 and this Rs 50 have both varieties of Signature
for date 1989-02-21.
